Sausage & Rice Casserole

1 lb. ground pork sausage
4 servings worth of prepared rice
1 can of cream of celery soup
4 slices of American cheese

In a large skillet, brown sausage, drain, and return to skillet. Mix in rice and soup. Lay cheese slices over the top and heat to melt.

Serve with bread & butter and canned peas.
